What this is

Lakou Merge is a game. These terms cover your use of it and of this site. Using either means you accept them.

Your licence

You may install and play Lakou Merge on devices you own, for your own enjoyment. You may not resell it, take it apart, or ship copies of its art, writing or code somewhere else.

Your save

Your progress lives on your device and nowhere else. We cannot restore it, transfer it, or recover it — uninstalling the game ends it. Please do not ask us to bring it back; we would if we could.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, never by us. Refunds follow their rules, not ours. What you buy is a licence to use items inside the game — it has no value outside the game, and it cannot be sold or transferred.

Fair play

Do not modify the game, automate it, or exploit a defect for advantage. If you find one, tell us: we would rather fix it than police it.

The game will change

Content, balance and prices change over time. We may add, remove or retune anything, including things you have already bought, when the health of the game requires it. Significant changes are announced in the release notes.

No warranty

The game is provided as it is. We do our best, and we do not promise it will never fail, never lose data, or suit any particular purpose.

Ending

You end this agreement by uninstalling. We may end it if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Haiti.

Changes to these terms

Changes are dated at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means accepting it.
